Mais au-del\u00e0 des tensions, des mod\u00e8les vertueux peuvent-ils \u00eatre encourag\u00e9s&nbsp;?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces p\u00e9riodes propices aux achats, synonymes de bonnes affaires pour les consommateurs, ponctuent le commerce durant les deux derniers mois de l\u2019ann\u00e9e et le mois de janvier. Ces pratiques commerciales sont aujourd\u2019hui associ\u00e9es aux achats sur les sites e-commerce. Pourtant, cela n\u2019a pas toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas, notamment pour le Black Friday ou les soldes qui remontent au 19<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> si\u00e8cle\u2026 Le Cyber Monday, lundi suivant le Black Friday, a \u00e9t\u00e9 imagin\u00e9 en 2005 pour prolonger l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement et dynamiser encore un peu plus les ventes du commerce \u00e9lectronique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les pics d\u2019activit\u00e9 ont toujours exist\u00e9 dans le commerce, en fonction des \u00e9v\u00e8nements et notamment des f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e, l\u2019e-commerce est sans aucun doute un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur de ces pratiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dynamiser le commerce mais surtout l\u2019e-commerce<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en novembre 2024 par ShopFully et OpinionWay sur le Black Friday nous apprend que 44% des Fran\u00e7ais profitent des offres du Black Friday et notamment les jeunes. Cette \u00e9tude nous apprend aussi que le Black Friday, malgr\u00e9 son histoire, est devenu essentiellement tourn\u00e9 vers les achats en ligne. Seuls 17% des acheteurs interrog\u00e9s profitent \u00e0 cette occasion des bonnes affaires dans le commerce physique, les autres ayant un comportement d\u2019achat omnicanal. 37% des consommateurs d\u00e9pensent \u00e0 cette occasion plus de 200 euros. En prenant un panier moyen de 68 \u20ac, chiffre retenu par la FEVAD, ces achats de 200 euros repr\u00e9sentent alors 3 colis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les soldes d\u2019hiver, qui se d\u00e9roulent du 8 janvier au 4 f\u00e9vrier 2025, ont encore plus de succ\u00e8s. La r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude Opinionway montre que 64% des consommateurs profitent des soldes, avec un budget moyen annonc\u00e9 de d\u00e9penses de 266 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces achats souvent impulsifs sont particuli\u00e8rement orient\u00e9s sur les secteurs de l\u2019habillement ou des produits \u00e9lectroniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Anticiper l\u2019adaptation des organisations logistiques<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le plan logistique, le Black Friday, cumul\u00e9 avec le pic des achats de No\u00ebl, a plusieurs cons\u00e9quences qui ont un impact sur les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.groupestarservice.com\/logistique-du-dernier-kilometre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">livraisons du dernier kilom\u00e8tre<\/a> et leur organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019une fa\u00e7on globale, le dernier trimestre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e se traduit par un nombre plus important de colis \u00e0 livrer. Le cabinet Effigy Consulting estime qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne, le dernier trimestre correspond \u00e0 30% des colis de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, soit 7% de plus que chacun des 3 autres trimestres. Ce sont alors, en France, 524 millions de colis qui sont livr\u00e9s durant ce dernier trimestre. Cette activit\u00e9 plus soutenue notamment sur les 2 derniers mois n\u00e9cessite un renforcement des \u00e9quipes op\u00e9rationnelles dans toutes les organisations de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.groupestarservice.com\/logistique-e-commerce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">logistique e-commerce<\/a> et de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.groupestarservice.com\/logistique-du-dernier-kilometre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">livraison du dernier kilom\u00e8tre<\/a>. Amazon a par exemple annonc\u00e9 recruter 8000 saisonniers pour faire face aux pics d\u2019activit\u00e9 du Black Friday et de No\u00ebl, afin de renforcer l\u2019effectif permanent de 22 000 employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un second impact, souvent le plus difficile \u00e0 g\u00e9rer pour les organisations de transport, correspond aux pics quotidiens. Les principaux e-commer\u00e7ants, comme Cdiscount, \u00e9valuent les pics \u00e0 plus de trois fois le volume d\u2019un jour moyen. Ces pics sont plus marqu\u00e9s pour les \u00e9v\u00e8nements de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e que pour les soldes, qui s\u2019\u00e9talent sur 4 semaines. Pour absorber ces pics, les organisations logistiques sont n\u00e9cessairement amen\u00e9es \u00e0 mettre en place des solutions de pr\u00e9paration automatis\u00e9es ou robotis\u00e9es. Les r\u00e9seaux de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.groupestarservice.com\/logistique-du-dernier-kilometre\/\">transport du dernier ki<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.groupestarservice.com\/logistique-du-dernier-kilometre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.groupestarservice.com\/logistique-du-dernier-kilometre\/\">om\u00e8tre<\/a> sont aussi contraints de surdimensionner les sites et de mettre en place des solutions de tri automatis\u00e9 des colis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une livraison responsable pour r\u00e9duire l\u2019impact environnemental<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les initiatives pour faire de ces p\u00e9riodes de consommation forte des \u00e9v\u00e8nements responsables sur le plan environnemental ne manquent pas. Elles concernent \u00e0 la fois les produits commercialis\u00e9s et les solutions de livraison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019initiative Green Friday, propos\u00e9e par l\u2019enseigne \u00e9thique Altermundi et le r\u00e9seau d\u2019entreprises d\u2019insertion Envie, constitue un bon exemple de proposition alternative, pour promouvoir la consommation responsable et encourager les achats \u00e9thiques et \u00e9cologiques. Elle valorise \u00e9galement la r\u00e9paration et le recyclage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais l\u2019impact environnemental d\u00e9pend aussi beaucoup des solutions de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.groupestarservice.com\/logistique-du-dernier-kilometre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">livraison du dernier kilom\u00e8tre<\/a> propos\u00e9es par les commer\u00e7ants \u00e0 des consommateurs de plus en plus exigeants. S\u2019agissant souvent de petits colis, ceux-ci peuvent assez facilement, dans les zones urbaines denses, \u00eatre livr\u00e9s en v\u00e9lo-cargo ou en v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques. Les \u00e9tudes montrent que, si les consommateurs sont toujours \u00e0 la recherche de bonnes affaires, ils sont aussi de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 devenir consomm\u2019acteurs et \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier des solutions de livraison urbaine plus r\u00e9silientes.
